Returns

We put our heart and soul into providing thoughtfully created mindfulness subscription boxes to support an authentic spiritual practice, but we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with the product. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds are accepted.

Please read this Return Policy carefully before returning any products purchased from thelivemind.com, operated by Livemind, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must:

  1. Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Be in its original, unused condition.
  3. Have all original packaging and materials, including any labels or tags.
  4. If the return does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer store credit instead of a refund.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s). We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund for the item(s).

Return process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@thelivemind.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all original materials.
  4. Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method, as Livemind, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns sent to us without prior authorization.
